The Top 10 Florida Beaches Putting On A Spectacular Firework Show For The Fourth!

When it comes to the 4th of July – we don’t mess around. We like to have a good time and we want to enjoy a beautiful fireworks display! SO – with that being said, whats more entertaining then to spend the 4th of July on the beach? – One of the most relaxing and gorgeous places to see the bursting fireworks!! Here is the list that we came up with for the top 10 beaches to enjoy the Fourth – Florida style.

1. Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Recently named in USA Today’s top 10 places in the USA for the July 4th Celebration Fort Lauderdale does not disappoint (EVER) and especially on The Fourth!! The Independence Day Celebration will feature a patriotic extravaganza with a kids zone, live music, and a dazzling fireworks display. The 4th of July Spectacular takes place on Saturday, July 4 from 12:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Fort Lauderdale Beach at A1A and Las Olas Boulevard.

Miami is party city – right on the beach. The Fourth Of July is insane here and you will not be disappointed with their fireworks display! Coca-Cola will be presenting Miami Beach Fire from 11:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m at the North Shore Park Bandshell, Collins Avenue and 73 Street! Enjoy food trucks, free entertainment, live music, fireworks and more. Please note that you cannot bring fireworks to the beach – except sparklers of certain types – but why would you anyway? They are going to put on a great show, so have a few drinks and enjoy 🙂

3. Big Pine And Lower Keys, Big Pine Key, FL

The Big Pine & Lower Keys Rotary Club’s annual July 4 fireworks is to take place at Big Pine Park, MM 30 bayside, at the end of Sands Road. There will be live music, food and drinks accompanied by games and activities for both adults and kids – so guaranteed to be a fun time for everyone! The fireworks show is planned to begin at 9 p.m! Admission is free and gates open at 5 p.m. Grab a beach chair – pack some food and drinks and enjoy the show 🙂

4. Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Orlando, FL

A disc jockey will kick off this music-filled evening at 6 p.m. at the sorcerer’s hat. Bands will take the stage at 7 p.m and fireworks will light up the sky at 10:15 p.m. The celebration is free with park admission! Nobody does The Fourth like Disney!

5. Daytona Beach, Volusia County, FL

Get ready for an awesome block party!!! Daytona Beach features the annual “Main Street July 4th Barbecue, Rhythm and Blues” festival and it begins at 6 p.m. and lasts till midnight. Fireworks at 9:45 p.m. and a kids zone is always included.

This is one of the largest fireworks shows on the eastern coast of Florida! The big bursts of fireworks happen right above the famous fort, Castillo de San Marcos and the reflections of the fireworks in Matanzas Bay only adds to the beauty! The show starts at 9:30 p.m. but your going to want to show up early to get a great spot as this is a very popular attraction!

Celebrate the red, white and blue at Fort Walton Beach Landing – arguably one of the nicest beaches in Florida! You’ll not only love the views – you’ll love the live entertainment! There is something here for everyone – kids too!! The firework show will start at 9 p.m.

8. Pensacola Bay, Escambia County, FL

This is one of the largest displays in the area and it happens in Seville Square right over Pensacola Bay. Events take place all day long beginning at 11 a.m. and end with a grand fireworks display set to music at 9 p.m.

Fireworks over Siesta Key are blasted off just north of the volleyball courts, so viewing is good from anywhere south and along Crescent Beach, out on the Gulf, or from the Intracoastal waterway. Good weather brings estimates of 20,000 to 30,000 to the fireworks on Siesta Key. The Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce also puts on a VIP Party which caters dinner for two and also includes alcohol!

Great atmosphere loaded with Clearwater fun! Hang out on the strip until the firework show starts! You will want to arrive at the beach pretty early to get a good spot – as soo many people show up for the firework display! Have a drink and grub on the strip and stop in at all the stores and buy yourself a souvenir! There are so many great sea food places and bars to appeal to all couples 🙂 Bring a lawn chair and blanket and enjoy the firework show that will start around 9:00 pm.
